Classes
In-person Group Classes:
The Breathing Space Project is not about teaching children to simply calm down.
It is about helping them understand themselves.
Our sessions combine connection, movement, breath, creativity, storytelling, and reflection to create opportunities for children to explore their inner world in a safe, engaging, and meaningful way.
Children are invited to notice their thoughts, feelings, body sensations, emotions, and experiences with curiosity rather than judgement. Along the way, they develop greater self-awareness, confidence, resilience, emotional wellbeing, and the ability to navigate life’s challenges with increasing independence.
Because when children learn to pause, connect, move, breathe, and notice, they begin to discover something important:
The answers are not always outside of them.
Often, they are already within.
